Worth Preserving, Realtor and Home Restoration

This was a fun project, which started off with being asked, “who knows PhotoShop?” I’ve been using photoshop as a professional for over 20 years so thought this would be an easy quick job. As it turns out after listening to what my client needed I knew Procreate would be a much less expensive and more flexible platform to use to digitally paint an old Queen Anne Victorian for a client so they could better envision the colors they might use. I knew setting it up to color the porch, which was the main objective for this phase, would take a bit, but once it was done swapping colors would be relatively quick. Using Photoshop to mask all the very small pieces of lattice work would have been far too costly time wise. My client and her client were very happy and came back for several color variations. As the holidays approached my client asked if I could colorize the original photo of the house, add a snowman and make it snow to use as a holiday card. For this part I did use PhotoShop. Original color job took 2 days for 2 photos.
