Never Too Young To Have Logo

It's never too soon to have a logo.

My daughter, 11, and separately a friend’s son, 10, want to start making some money by cat sitting (daughter) and dog walking (friend's son).

So naturally I whip up some logos for them because I believe you are never too young to start understanding visual branding. This is where I can, as a parent and a brander, have influence around the positive messaging of branding rather than yucky attempts to sell to kids.

Why is this important? Pascal Bachmann, founder and CEO of Strategy Achievers explains in a Forbes article, “Without a distinct personal brand, entrepreneurs risk being overlooked, losing potential clients to more visible competitors and missing out on crucial growth opportunities. The solution lies in the power of personal branding. In 2024, this isn't just about having a logo or a catchy tagline; it's about crafting a compelling story that resonates with your audience. It's about strategically positioning yourself in the marketplace so that your unique skills, experiences and values shine through. Personal branding transforms you from a mere participant in your industry into what I call a Strategy Achiever—a leader who sets the agenda and inspires trust.” **
